• Shipping policy

At House of Keirava, every order is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Delivery may be delayed during festivals, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

• Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

 

1.The item received is damaged or defective.

2.You received the wrong product.

1.Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2.Share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product.

1.The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. A video of the unpacking must be provided. 

*Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible.

*Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings and are not considered defects.

• Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be shipped after the returned item is received and verified.
